  2. Simply Log in to your UPay account, select ‘Pay Bills’ and choose the relevant utility to be paid. Enter the account number, payment amount and make the payment. It’s easy as that.

  4. Yes, You can. Go to ‘Pay Bills’, add the relevant person’s bill account number and pay it.

  5. Can I use international debit or credit cards for my transactions via UPay?
  6. Yes, any Visa or Master card can be used with UPay.

  7. Is there a service charge for using UPay?
  8. No, UPay doesn’t charge any of its customers for the services offered.

  9. Is there a service charge for reloading via UPay?
  10. No, UPay doesn’t charge you for any reloads.

  11. How to unlock my UPay account when it gets locked?
  12. If you want to self-recover your account when it gets locked, all you have to do is log in to your app, select ‘My Account’, go to ‘About Me’ and choose the Security Questions. You will receive 06 questions and you can select one that fits you. Then type the answer to it and keep it saved. Now if your UPay app gets locked, you don’t need to worry about seeking further assistance. Just answer the security questions and log in.

  13. How can I cancel a transaction made to the wrong person?
  14. Simply select the transaction you’ve made from the Transaction History and select ‘Open Dispute’. You will see a menu with 5 categories. Select the category that suits your query, enter your email, and type your dispute in the message section with all relevant details. Once you submit it, your issue will be solved from our end. It’s simple as that.

  16. Go to ‘My Account’, select the transaction you’ve made from the Transaction History and then select ‘Open Dispute’. You will see a menu with 5 categories.
